Current Status:

Resumed work in the last week of August after a month or so off..

Performance Notes:

Made her racetrack debut at Northam in a 2yo maiden over 1100m on Thursday May 13th. Missed the start slightly but made ground in the straight to finish fifth-just missing third by a neck. Followed up with another fifth placing this time at Belmont Park in a similar run race.  She just missed third place by a short margin again! Followed up with a slightly disappointing effort when appearing to have every chance at Belmont Park in mid July-although only 4 lengths from the winner.

Pedigree Notes:

By the VRC Derby winner BLACKFRIARS who is proving to be one of the best stallions here in Western Australia. This filly is a 3/4 sister to the dual stakeswinner WAVE ROCK and if she can develop into a metro winner, there's some good residual value there.. 

SHARE FOR SALE:

There is a 1/12th share for sale in The Belhus Racing Stables' "Blue Chip 3" Syndicate. The syndicate owns "FILLY ELLIOT" and also "TEQUILAMOCKINGBIRD". Both are 2yo fillies (rising 3) trained by Michael Grant at Henley Brook. The asking price is $12,000 ono.
